An-Najah holds a Workshop on Yoga and Laughing Therapy


  On Thursday, March 26, 2015, An-Najah's International Youth Exchange program (Zajel) held a workshop on Yoga and Laughing Therapy introduced by the Public Relationís volunteer psychologist Miss Alison Lesley.

  The workshop included discussing the importance of Yoga in relieving stress through relaxation exercises where Miss Alison described Yoga as the food of the soul. She also added that Yoga practicing is easy, for there is no equipment needed, and it is practiced anytime, anywhere.

  The group exercised some Yoga where three of them fell asleep which reflected a perfect example of how to relax.

  They ended the workshop with an example of Laughing Therapy which Miss Lesley described as a great way to release tension.
