Organizing the Japanese Culture Photo Gallery

On Sunday, November 13th, 2016, the Japanese Culture Club and the International Youth Exchange Programme (Zajel) of the Public Relations Department at An-Najah organized the Japanese Culture Photo Gallery titled: “Japan Where the Sun Rises” at the Faculty of Medicine in the New Campus.

 

The gallery was over five days from November 13th-17th, 2016 and included photos of the Kimonos, a Japanese traditional garment, the Japanese agricultural life, religious temples, cultural festivals, traditions and education. The gallery also tackled issues related to Islam in Japan, tsunami survivors, Ninja and others.

 

The photo gallery activities also included a performance on Karate and a lecture on study life in Japan by Dr. Waleed Basha, Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at An-Najah.

The photo gallery was inaugurated by Dr. Basha and Dr. Abdul Naser Zeid, Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at An-Najah.
